Business implementation

When we develop an AGV or an AMR, we start from a number of standard modules, where different technical solutions and unique sub-concepts are selected, matched and combined. It is your needs and your process that govern, and together with your and our expertise and experience, we reach a customized solution that is optimal.

Concept

Based on the customer’s needs, we help develop ideas and concepts, and set the technical framework for the next steps. We can also build subsystems and prototypes for physical testing.

Construction

We design the mechanical and electrical details based on the agreed solution. The work is done in close dialog with the customer and usually ends with a design review.

Hardware

Mechanical and electrical components are purchased on the basis of the design documentation produced. We choose suppliers carefully and work closely with them to ensure the right quality and delivery time.

Assembly

We do the wiring, build the electrical panels, mechanical sub-assemblies and finally we marry the electrical to the mechanical, and do the remaining external assembly. We have a building process optimized for one-piece and batch construction of AGVs.

Programming and commissioning

In parallel with the first phases, our programmers create the conditions for the final functionality of the AGV and the system. Once the AGVs are built, the equipment is tested in a real simulated environment on our premises.

Installation

We install and start up the AGV system at the customer’s site, and test all interfaces. After completion of the installation, we provide training of the equipment and provide production support at start-up.

Aftermarket

Once the delivery is handshaken with the customer, the equipment enters the warranty phase. We also offer service (FU and remedial UH), spare parts, additional training, and development and improvement of existing systems.
