HOW WE WORK
A qualified process in the search for a smart solution
Each project is unique and customised to your specific needs. However, the business implementation is always the same and together with the customer we develop the best solution for your needs.
Our business implementation
When you start working with us, we construct the project around a well-established process that has been developed over many years. Take a look below, to see the steps that are included.
In the advice and feasibility phase, we create jointly, a requirements specification to form the basis for the project.
When we agree about what has to be done, we start our analysis phase, which we call preparation. This results in a tender, where the solution is described in more detail.
Now it is time to start the detailed work of the project. In this phase, you will have regular briefings from the project manager and also have the chance to meet the design team. Everything you need to feel confident about the project's progress and results.
When the design team has finished, we handover to our engineers and fitters. Now, all of the parts are manufactured and then assembled in our functional assembly halls.
FAT (factory acceptance test) is then carried out in our assembly halls. This lets you know in black and white that we agreed upon is really what we will deliver.
Once FAT has been approved by you, we deliver the plant or machine to your factory. We install it, carry out test runs and conduct a SAT (site acceptance test). Now it is also high time for training on how the machine works. This is always included as an important part of our delivery.
After the handover, you will have the full support from our expert service department, EA Service. They look after all possible guarantee measures or other improvements with which you would like help. EA Service is also there once the guarantee has expired, if you wish to sign a service agreement with us.
