Emergency maintenance
Our support provides a helpdesk where you receive prompt help from our experiences service engineers, who solve your problems with the mechanical equipment. If the hardware requirements are met, we connect to your equipment, check error logs, examine input/output status and troubleshoot to find the solution quickly and start up the production again. We can also combine support with call-out onsite to solve the problem. Normally, this is needed for older equipment or equipment without any option to connect up for troubleshooting. The call-out time is based, of course, on the location of your factory and requirements.
Preventive maintenance
Prevent disruptions and stoppages in production with the help of preventive maintenance from EA Service - a smart and proactive way to work with your industrial service. Depending on the nature of your operations, you can either do this by scheduled predetermined maintenance or condition-based maintenance.
Improvement maintenance
To obtain the maximum possible reliability in the production, we offer improvement maintenance for your plant. This is an additional tool for guaranteeing and increasing the reliability. This includes analyses for the service procedure, which can be combined with analysis of the causes of faults using TPM and Lean tools. The results of the analysis are then compiled into an activity plan, from which we, together with you, start. All of this in accordance with the company's targets, visions and policies. In addition to this, we can also offer with you spare parts management as well as development of the operator's maintenance.
